Challenge: Building the template
Success: Creating a knowledgeable game for the students to play

Step 4: Create a design for T shirts
Challenge: Coming up with a logo for shirt
Success: Phrase and logo, came out great ready to send to printers

Step 5: Picking up T shirts from the T shirt company
Challenge: Locating the T shirt company, traffic was terrible and I got lost
Success: The T shirts came out amazing

Step 6: Look at my product
Challenge: You always wonder if I could have done better
Success: I am very pleased with the product and the message

Step 7: Time to present to Cleveland Elementary
Challenge: I'm very nervous, I hope the class enjoys the presentation
Success: My nerves are gone and I am excited to present

Step 8: I am in front of a room of 4th graders
Challenge: I just want my words to convey the importance of this message
Success: The class was responsive, engaged, and enjoyed the presentation

Challenge: I wanted the whole class to have a t shirt

Challenge: Previously I thought about something to give as a reward to all
Success: I did it

Step 11: The smiles on their faces
Challenge: I wanted to stay all day
Success: The students promised that they would carry the message "No Bullying Allowed"

Step 12: My mentor Mr. Rodney Allred, guidance counselor, at the Early College Academy helped me every step of the way. In his profession, he deals with bullying on many levels, that is why he was the perfect mentor for me. Mr. Allred spent a lot of time educating me about the psychological effects of bullying on children. In a small way, I hope I have left a message with the students that will cause them to be good citizens, good students and compassionate towards others.
